Privacy & consent

• Your feedback is used to make sessions better. That's the point of it.
• We only email or message you if you ticked that specific box.
• We only quote your words if you gave that separate permission.
• The optional questions about age and area are genuinely optional.
• Only the M.VMNT360 founders can see any of it. We never sell it.

When you fill in the post-class page we keep your ratings and your written answers exactly as you wrote them, along with which session you attended. We use this to understand what worked, what didn't, and what to build next. Ratings are your own self-report — we never present them as proof that the session caused a change.

Replying to an enquiry you sent us is not marketing. Email and WhatsApp updates about classes and community are separate permissions, unticked by default. We record which permission you gave, the exact wording you were shown, the version of that wording, the channel, the session and the date and time. You can withdraw any of it at any point.

The WhatsApp community is not open yet. Ticking WhatsApp registers interest only — nobody is added to a group automatically.

Quoting is always separate from both your feedback and your contact choices, and is never required. You can allow internal use, anonymous quoting in funding and evaluation work, public quoting, and being asked about a fuller case study — each independently — and tell us how you'd like to be credited. We never publish an exact address.

If your answers happen to mention health, injury or disability, we flag them and hold them back from anything public until a founder has reviewed them and asked you again. We don't ask you for diagnoses and please don't feel you need to share any.

We record which session, QR code, link or campaign brought you to a page, so we know what actually reaches people. This is about the link, not about tracking you around the internet.

Age band, the first half of your postcode, the region you live in, how you heard about us and what has made movement hard to access before. These help us plan access and apply for funding honestly. Every one is optional, you can skip them all, and we do not ask for ethnicity, sexuality, disability status or medical conditions.

The M.VMNT360 founders, through a password-protected page. Nothing is readable from the public website. Our database refuses to return this data to anyone who is not a signed-in founder admin.

We keep contact details, feedback and consent records only while they are needed for the purpose explained when you shared them, for responsible programme evaluation, or to meet a legal obligation. Anonymised outcome information may be kept longer because it no longer identifies you.

You can ask us to remove your details through the same M.VMNT360 channel you used to contact us. Quote your confirmation reference if you have one. We will verify the request before changing or deleting personal data.
